Getting Started Packet
Thank you for choosing Lone Star Children’s Therapy. This packet will guide you through the enrollment process and help you prepare for your child’s Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) services. Our team is here to support both you and your child every step of the way.
Parent Coaching Packet
This agreement reflects our shared commitment to your child’s success. Parent coaching helps you feel confident using everyday strategies at home that support your child’s development and reinforce what they are learning in therapy. Our team is available if you have any questions.
